با این که مفهوم بهره وری همیشه مورد بحث بوده، اما اغلب در آن ابهام وجود داشته و درک آن مشکل بوده است. در عمل، این همان فقدان دانشی است که نتیجه نادیده گرفته شدن نفوذ بهره وری در فرآیندهای تولیدی توسط برخی می باشد. هدف از این مقاله بحث در مورد معنی اصلی بهره وری و همچنین ارتباط آن با واژه های مشابه دیگر است که می تواند در مباحث تعاون نیز بکار برده شود. یافته ها نتیجه بررسی بهره وری بر اساس ادبیات دهه گذشته می باشد. مقاله توضیح می دهد که چگونه محققان ابهام مفهوم بهره وری را توضیح داده و یک واژه شناسی جدید برای آن ارائه می نمایند.

Abstract: 

AN IMPROVED ADABOOST ALGORITHM BASED ON OPTIMIZING SEARCH IN SAMPLE SPACE IS PRESENTED. WORKING WITH DATA IN LARGE SCALE NEED MORE TIME TO COMPARE SAMPLES FOR FINDING A THRESHOLD IN THE ADABOOST ALGORITHM WHEN USING DECISION STUMP AS A WEAK CLASSIFIER. WE USED PSO ALGORITHM TO EVOLVE AND SELECT BEST FEATURE IN SAMPLE SPACE FOR A WEAK CLASSIFIER TO REDUCE TIME. THE EXPERIMENT RESULTS SHOW THAT WITH APPLYING PSO TO THE DECISION STUMP, TIME CONSUMING OF THE ADABOOST ALGORITHM HAS BEEN IMPROVED THAN BASE ADABOOST. AS A RESULT, USING EVOLUTIONARY ALGORITHMS IN SUCH PROBLEMS WHICH HAVE LARGE SCALE, CAN REDUCE SEARCHING TIME FOR FINDING BEST SOLUTION AND INCREASE Performance OF ALGORITHMS IN HAND.

Abstract: 

Considering fast changes in the business world and the importance which brand has in organizations as a vital factor and the image a brand may create in customers' mind and the position an organization may acquire due to this critical factor, this research investigates brand-orientation and the impact it may have on organization's Performance. In this research, various factors which may affect brand-orientation are, brand obstacles which impede brand establishment and brand-orientation in organizations as well as other indices such as innovation, brand differentiation, brand Performance, company's Performance and brand-orientation are explained and investigated. In the present research has been carried out in cookie and chocolate companies operating in Tabriz city, a sample of 205 persons from among sale and commercial managers was selected and the required information has been gathered using a questionnaire. According to the obtained results from the tested hypotheses, brand-orientation in organization as a marketing strategy through innovations and brand differentiation would lead brand's increasing Performance which in general, would result in company's increasing Performance and its improvement.

Abstract: 

Accurate prediction of the rainfall plays a key role in effective water resources management,, especially in arid and semi-arid regions. Achieving reliable and accurate precipitation forecasts is one of today's challenging issues in water resources management and climate hazards. Even though the great deal of research has been conduted on application of computational intelligence models for climatic forecasting, but selecting the best combination of inputs to such models, modellers have faced with problems. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of input variables preprocessing in choosing the best combination of variables affecting on precipitation process, for forecasting monthly rainfall by using two data-driven modeling techniques including Support Vector Regresion (SVR) and Gene Expression Programming (GEP). For this purpose, Gamma Test and correlation Test were used to preprocess the inputs of the models used in this research under a case study with monthly climate data related with Shiraz Synoptic station over 1982-2011.The Performance of these models was evaluated by statistical criteria of R2, RMSE and NSE (Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient). The results showed that SVR model combined with Gamma Test forecasts monthly rainfall better than other models used ib this study. But Gamma Test was not able to improve Performance of Gene Expression Programme model the same as SVR model. Also, based on the obtained results, sun hours, relative humidity, rainfall in a previous month and temperature, respectively, are most significant variables in monthly rainfall forecasting.

Abstract: 

Cells-In-Frames mechanism proposed by CIT in 1996 is an efficient way Local Area Network-ATM Network interconnection. According to this mechanism, connection oriented services are supported by connectionless UN workstations. In this technique ATM cells are carried by LAN frames. Each frame may include one or more A TM cells, but any given LAN frame is associated with only one ATM virtual circuit. There have not been any careful studies of Cells-In-Frames behavior since its proposal in 1996. In this paper the Cell-In-Frames mechanism for Ethenet LAN-ATM Network interconnection is first implemented, then its Performance for data transmission is studied from various points of views in order to highlight its strong and weak points. Finally a novel technique which greatly improves its Performance is introduced. The simulation studies show that the new technique offers significant improvements at a very little hardware and software extra cost.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Some evidence suggest that poor reading is partially related to basic visual function deficiencies, including: distance visual acuity (DVA), near visual acuity (NVA), accommodative facility (AF) and saccadic eye movements (SEM).There are few controversial studies investigating the efficacy of vision therapy on reading abilities (i.e. reading accuracy, type and frequency of reading errors and reading comprehension). The aim of this study was to explore any possible effect of basic visual function therapeutic interventions on reading and phonological abilities in monolingual Persian speaking students.Method: This quasi-experimental study assessed the basic visual functions of 10 poor readers from primary schools in Tehran (mean age=10.2 years, female=3, male=7) and a sex-age-matched control group (mean age=10.5) using the Snellen chart, ±2.00 D lenses and a fixation-refixation technique. Each participant was enrolled in the study following basic assessments of his/her general cognitive functions, reading skills and basic visual functions. The Assessment of the Persian Reading Abilities (APRA), Spoonerisms and Raven's Progressive Matrices were also used in both groups. Poor readers received 5 weeks interventions for AF, SEM, only. Both groups were retested in 5 weeks and then one month later.Results: At baseline, poor readers performed significantly worse than controls in reading accuracy (p<0.01), reading comprehension (p<0.01), SEM (p<0.01) and AF (both near & distance p<0.01) with no significant differences on DVA, NVA. After vision therapy, the poor reader group showed a remarkable improvement in reading accuracy (p<0.01) and reading comprehension (p<0.01) associated with the enhancement of both AF (both near and distant, p<0.01) and SEM (p<0.01).Conclusion: Visual therapy appears to improve basic visual functions, reading skills and phonological abilities. The latter improvement may be due to the saccadic intervention that may improve magnocellular function and in turn enhancement of the higher cognitive Performance such as attention.

Abstract: 

This paper is mainly concentrated on Performance improvement and missdistance reduction in a typical guidance system. These goals would be achieved by adding some attitude control motors (ACM) to the existing guidance algorithm. The ACM system usually contains some disposable thrusters, which are installed on lateral body of a vehicle. An extra force would be applied to the vehicle body through each thruster activation. Hence, it may cause a torque about the center of gravity. Then the induced rotation can be used to the attitude control. For increasing the agility and supplying the lateral acceleration in the end game phase, the lateral thrusters may be added to the guidance system. The yaw and pitch components of the line of sight (LOS) rates would be used to guide the vehicle with multiple actuators. For this purpose, a six degree of freedom vehicle model would be generated, considering the physical information, engineering assumptions, and adaptations images. The vehicle model would be firstly obtained by the DATCOM software. Then, the guidance system is numerically simulated in the MATLAB environment. The effectiveness of the proposed guidance method is shown compared with the existing algorithm.

Abstract: 

Speaker identification systems are not only used in ordinary environment but are also used in adverse conditions with obtrusive factors. Voice inconformity can decrease the recognition Performance because the training and testing environments may be different. In this paper, our objective is to render speaker identification systems robust against noisy and adverse conditions over telephone or internet. Utterances of 50 speakers from telephony FarsDat Speech database were used to evaluate our speaker identification system in noisy conditions. After removing silence from speech, signal to noise ratio of speech files are changed to 5, 10, 15 and 20dB. LPCC, LFCC, MFCC and MFCC coefficients obtained from Relative Autocorrelation Sequence (RAS) were used as speech features. GMM was used to model speakers. MFCCs were evaluated as the best feature among all cepstral features mentioned above. It was observed that removing the first cepstrum coefficient which represents the frame energy improves identification Performance for 10.4%. Linear Weighting of cepstral coefficients, Band Pass Liftering, Cepstral Mean Subtraction, Post Filter, Dynamic Cepstral coefficients were also studied for more robustness. Almost all of these methods improve the identification Performance. Linear Weighting was the best method among them. Combinations of the above methods were also evaluated. Most of these combinations led to better Performances. The best result was obtained when MFCC coefficients with Linear Weighting and delta MFCC coefficients were used simultaneously in a feature vector.

Abstract: 

Vertical axis wind turbine, divided into Darrieus and Savonius, have been considered by many scientists owing to simplicity of design and operation independent of wind direction. Although Darrieus turbine has higher efficiency than Savonius, it faces to essential problem of self-starting. The aim of the present study is the combination of Darrieus and Savonius turbine in order to reach to a model with high starting torque and proper Performance range. First, a model involving 3 straight-bladed Darrieus with 2 Savonius blades is simulated. For improving the Performance, Savonius blade arc angle and airfoil solidity are changed. By optimizing the arc angle and solidity, the initial hybrid model Performance is improved. Two-dimensional simulation using computational fluid dynamics is conducted using moving mesh for rotating part. According to results, the combination of Darrieus and Savonius turbine has favorable impact on self starting and makes Performance curve smooth. It was also observed that solidity of 0.75 for Darrieus and angle of 150 for savonius blade arc are the optimized mode for maximum power coefficient, starting torque and Performance range. In other words, The hybrid model with maximum Performance is achieved by using these values at the same time.
